
Peter May of the Pinotage Club (a
cyber-based fan club for wines made from the Pinotage variety) made a visit to the farm last week. He enjoyed the Lamb Spit at our restaurant accompanied by the Pinotage 2006. Peter and I both agree that they make a great combination.

A visit to Backsberg Estate is like a short trip to heaven. We visited twice last year on a round the world trek. My wife wanted to stay there forever.
