Cabernet and Cabernet Franc

I was at the farm earlier this week, and while I was at the winery a trailer of cab came in (pictured left). For those of you who have been at the farm before, we were havesting the winery blocks, so named, believe it or not, because they are situated right next to the winery (as you come up the avenue). The day saw us harvest cabernet and cabernet franc. The fruit looked and tasted great holding much promise for the wines to come.
